The Bra boys do have a reputation. Their Xmas function with the police sounded like a ball. I have also heard that as long as give respect they will leave you alone on the surf.
Personally I hope there is a muder in Bondi to get the house prices down.

When I went to Bondi about 15 years ago there was a bit of a wiff in the air, it was a poohey kind of smell like sewers, is that still there or has the problem been 'sorted' !!??

The famous Bondi Sewage outlet. Apparently the whiff is a lot better. I have never smelt it but those in North Bondi sometimes experience it.
The wife reckons the smell is worse since I discovered the local kebab house.
The flats in the block were over inflated and bought for promotional purposes eg by a mobile phone sales shop etc etc. Unfortunately it has given Bondi positive image which might ruin the place. The balconies on the block over look the Hakoa Club car park, wheelie bin and noisy air con outlet.
The next block is going to be in St Kilda, Melbourne.
