A Brisbane school, evacuated after 53 kilograms of explosive material was found at the home of one of its teachers, has reopened.
The Queensland Police Service is not ruling out that the explosive material and four bombs containing razor blades and nails found in a Brisbane home are related to terrorism.
If this is terrorist-related, it'll be a first for Australia. Good job the police got to it first; we wouldn't want a 7/7 situation on our hands.

Police said that they'd pretty much ruled out terrorism - being a teacher he sounds like a UniBomber style dude

Detective Chief Superintendent Paul Wilson says 10 detonators were found in the house, but were not attached to the bombs
"No, I didn't say that he wasn't intending a terrorist act, we're not ruling out anything at this stage," he said.
"It would be remiss of us to make a comment in that regard without fully investigating the matter.
"We are currently fully investigating but we can say to the public that we have located all the Powergel and we will hopefully be rendering the premises safe late this afternoon."
