we were the same as you, one step forewards and ten back. the time we wasted was unreal, but we eventually made headway and our tra is in now. yes its frustrating, yes its an awful lot of time and effort, but imagine the feeling that we will get when we hear its yes (fingers crossed) it will all be worth it. the simple fact is (and we came to realise it after a lot of moaning about the time it takes) it is what we have to do, its their system and like it or hate it thats what we have to do. not having a go at you but you sound like us, just hang in there it will all fall into place!

Well get used to it, because it is all a waiting game from start to finish, you eat live and breath OZ, its easy for me to say now, but try and relax and enjoy your time there before you leave, if you have kids plan things to show them, like we took our to London to the theatre, the london eye, tower, b.Palace, Harrods. We took them to lego land, i wanted them to see as much as we could. IT JUST HELPS WITH THE WAITING, WHICH IS ALL YOU SEEM TO DO. good luck Denise

Hi Nev, fingers crossed for you, but....

'International' signed for post by the Royal Mail it seems only means to point of exit! i.e. once on the plane Royal Mail accept no responsibility and offer no further tracking, so you will not recieve evidence of delivery, nor have a better guarantee of delivery (assuming RM manage to get it on a plane).

Courier, more expensive but the peace of mind...?

Good luck G.
