Angry Bl**dy House Selling

Ok, sorry to take my frustrations on on all you other BE members but the bl**dy house sale has fallen through for the second time , this time there mortgage was declined. I finished work six weeks ago, so it looks like that I have got to go and find a contract job until I can sell the house .

This house selling lark is a nightmare, this is my first time, never again!!!!!!

Now time for a few more 's to calm my nerves.

God this is a mare.

how shit is that, you must be so pissed off (understatment I know).
Hopefully a decent buyer will come along soon for you, ours is on the market at the mo and I am fed with making loads of effort for viewings and then hearing nothing. I have even had a couple of viewers who dont even have their house on the market so I've started to refuse them a viewing- what are they playing at? I am starting to think they are bored in an evening and fancy having a look around peoples houses for the fun of it.

So sorry to hear your bad news. It's enough to drive you mad isn't it?
Andrew also finished work 6 weeks ago as we had an offer back in May. Were told it would be a quickie and since then we have been on and off. On Friday Andrew decided to go and buy a cheap set of tools (£230) to get him through until we had another buyer as we were told it was unlikely that our buyers would get a mortgage. About an hour after he unwrapped everything we got a call to say mortgage approved and that we would be done and dusted asap. I still don't believe it and won't until we are signed. Quick? My backside, it's been 13 weeks since offer.
I really hope that you get a sincere buyer who has a mortgage soon.
Best wishes
Sarah

OH no, so sorry to read that. How frustrating.
We know exactly how you feel, in fact having an in house row lately because my husband swears that he is never selling another bloody house, therefore wants to rent in Oz instead of buying.
Hope you find another buyer very quickly, preferably a cash buyer.
