Hopfully heading to Langwarrin,about 45 min from Melbourne not far from Frankston.Only got an ex council house, nuffink Posh.Nothing wrong with Panshanger got alot of mates live there,not a bad golf course either.not to keen on the Oak Pub though.Cheers.

Hehe, The Oak is rough as you like, about two years ago the police had to use CS spray to break up a mob fight.

Also i cant be posh used to live in Salisbury rd[Knella Rd end] in WGC.Are you a Gooner by any chance.

Hi ,i go to Stevanage 5 times a week with my son who boxes for Stevanage Amateur Boxing Club , at Nokeside.

Sorry Sally, I would not live in Stevenage if I were paid to. New towns are not my thing, guess thats why I hated most Aussie suburbs

Hence the reason you can't afford to buy anything!

Seriously though, if you are really serious about getting on the housing ladder then unfortunately sacrificies need to be made. If I'm honest we wouldn't have choosen to live here if money had been no object but we bought at the right time and are now sitting pretty.

I'm really glad we're not first time buyers now.
