Question Birthday treat suggestions please

Hi, We have a female family member who is 50 soon, and we are looking to arrange something a little different for her, not sky diving or white water rafting, but along a similar line. Any suggestions of where we might find something unusual and different in the Perth area. All suggestions would be welcome.

How about an overnight camel trip? My husband and I are looking at doing the overnight trip next summer. http://www.camelfarm.com/camel_farm_price_list.html

Hot air balloon?? We took my great grandmother on one when she was about 80 and she loved it. Something a little more adventurous without having to hurl yourself out of a plane.

Maybe a helicopter ride, they're pretty smooth and I enjoy it a lot more than riding in a small plane.

Thanks for that, a hot air balloon ride is the sort of thing that would be different, but not too different, so could well fit the bill. Many thanks, any more suggestions more than welcome.

You can scuba with the sharks at AQWA but that may be a little too different for her

Are there any places that you can swim with the dolphins? I know I'd like to do that myself

How about fly to Sydney, have some time here then get the Indian Pacific train or whatever it is called back to Perth - I would like to do it some day...

May be not...

How about organising a male "escort" to come round and give her a good seeing to?

It's my birthday next week. If I PM you my address could you arrange this for me? The old man is at work between 8 & 5, so it would have to be a daytime gift.
