I think its 10% in most subs with a half decent rep. You can hear a brit within 5 mins of entering most shopping centres.

Only on the basis that it has the UK curry house and the British Shop there. Birkdale is actually tiny and I remain convinced it has about 3 houses and the small shopping center.

From personal experience...
Cleveland, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands, Victoria Point, Ormiston and Raby Bay. All full of Brits.
