There's one in Maida Vale (or is it Forrestfield...) that is a gourmet pizza place, and totally brilliant.
Friends once had heaps delivered from there for a party.

I detect a bit of pizza snobbery going on on this thread.
Can't beat Dominoes. I like their Godfather.
Authentic Italians have no clue when it comes to making a decent pizza. All thin and tomatoey. Need to eat about 20 to feel full.

Matteo's - Kalamunda - and High Wycombe too, apparently. - We've never eaten at Matteo's, but it's reputed to be something of a Holy shrine for pizza lovers. ha ha!

Joe&Theresa's has been gone for years (They did do great pizza tho) the local one there is now Aurora Pizza & Pasta. Gianni's is a little restaurant at intesection of Scarb beach rd & main st and do a large pick up pizza for $10. The ingredients are all fresh but the base is a little underdone looking, still for $10 is okay.
Pizza haven no longer operates.
Marco's still operates but haven't had one of theirs in ages. Theywere quite good tho from what I remember

Dont do take away pizza sorry, but for dine in Sandrino's in Freo is the best we've found, their seafood one is great. Ecco in Subiaco is also very good, BYO only though.

We lived around the corner from Aurora in Mt Hawthorn. only got pizza there twice, which was VERY nice, but I'd rather just pay less, and still get pizza I like at domino's or eagle boys.
We now live near a eagle boys, so get that sometimes(probably only 6 times a year or so though, if that)
Gianni's, ist that the new little cafe there, next to the carpet place, and where there's a gym now? $10, that's ok!
Anyway, don't live anywhere near there now(no way we could afford those house prices!!)

That is why I said "My House" - I make the pizza dough from scratch - not that horrid stuff you buy from the supermarket - make my own sauce and then selected toppings - I like chillies so have to have those and then make a pineapple and ham one for the kids - YUM

I agree with Lewis about Ciao Italia, Mill Point Road, South Perth.
Their restaurant is packed every night of the week and a queue of people outside waiting for a table.
But I reckon it comes a close second to Pizza With Attitude, in Kensington.

Way better than any of the others we've tried...

Since we've been here, cos of lack of pizza places, hubby has made a few from scratch! Took him ages and probably cost double the cost, but they were good. Trouble was, I had to clean up the kitchen afterwards
