Best Mortgage lenders in Oz/Perth
I`ve been doing some research and it seems that Aussies overseas can still buy property in Australia to rent out.....
So now I need to know which mortgage lenders are the best one`s to deal with and see what the possibilities are.
So please tell me which ones to contact, and which to keep away from.

Thanks ABC. You definitely are a diamond for all the good advice you give on this forum.... recommend away.
I`m trying to figure out a way we could still get the $7000 help from the govt. even though we don`t live there yet. Maybe come over for a holiday.

I think it may be worth your while to look at this Property Investment Forum
Plenty of useful advise can be found, together with other recomendations.
All these brokers I mention are also regular contributors to the property investment forum.
