£235 per week - that's what you'd pay for a reasonable family-sized unfurnished property in the Midlands.

Alternatively, if you were renting in London, it might just get you a few square metres of floorspace in your landlord's garage.

Ask yourself what you't get in the way of accommodation in the UK for the equivalent of $250 a week.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, my mortgage is less than this actually , admittadly it's a small house, but it's quite nice and in a nice area, it's just across the road from a large country park with an old castle in it.

Maybe I'm just being mean, but the thing that hacks me off the most about it, is a small house, small mortgage and £170.00 council tax per month, so that puts it up a bit
