THEY tuned up at 9.30 am and worked solid till 3.30 pm with plenty of teas and cakes to keep them going !!!!! would recomend using excess storage took about 400 m2 of stuff costing the grand total to £1952 so werent to bad as they will store in storage free for a month as we are still waiting for visas .Gulp......

so now only have a little portable tv till house goes on wednesday OMG..then home less...............and ready for our great adventure to Adelaide the Gears 2006......

Hi, where in pretty the same situation as you.Sold our house haven't got a date yet as to when we need to move out but it's going to be before Christmas. We haven't got the go ahead yet from oz, still waiting, it's been 2 weeks since we sent the final stuff in and they told us we would have a decision in 8-10 weeks, so were going to be homeless too. The thing which is bothering me is do we get our furniture packed up ready by the professionals even though we dont know we are going yet but you say that you get a free months storage, who is the removal company? Are you just taking the risk like we will be doing?

Oooh some karma sent. We will be in exactly the same position in January. We have managed to sell our house and will be (fingers crossed) completing in January, moving in with my mum & dad ( :scared: ) until we plan to fly to Perth in very early April. And all that without actually having our visas yet! The risks we take! Good luck Katy x
