Beechboro house prices are reasonable
Does anybody here stay in Beechboro. The house prices there are pretty decent.
I did a quick search on the forum and found one person had it listed as a problem area. Anybody know if that's true?
[edit] it's in Perth by the way.
thanks

Re: Beechboro house prices are reasonable
I'm south of Perth but not heard of Beechboro I'm afraid. Maybe that is a good thing

I'm going to risk the wrath of other expats here and suggest that Beechboro is among the list of areas you would not choose to live in, if you have the choice...

can't help with Beechbro but i have noticed that i fyou think or spot that the house prices are 'reasonable'
then you can almost say that there are parts that are
ummmmm how do i put this without offending any one???? ....
'not that nice'
we too are going to Perth 'area' and have settled on a top end price to look at , so we go for thhose about 40k less than our top price as this seems to be average price for houses in the area we're looking (about 350-390k)
if any of that made sense!

Beechboro is the next suburb to where we live and there are certain roads you wouldn't choose (like alot of places) , its quite a big suburb though. Morley which is where we live is 'better'. PM me if you want to know anything in particular about the area, we like it here.
