From reading the write-up, it's the same program that was shown on the ABC a couple of months back - it was an australian production narrated by John Waters. It was well worth watching, anyway.

I saw that programme. Very good and some people did very well for themselves out there. 10 pound what an opportunity.

Like many others they were seduced by government propaganda films in glorious technicolour, which sold the dream of a modern British way of life in the sun.
Sounds rather similar to New Live Downunder/in the Sun/in Pardiase etc......
