Barking dogs complaints biggest problem in Perth
so says the West Australian, thousands of complaints from neighbours.

'Tis bad.... Joondalup, the biggest council for dog ownership at 21,484 registrations, had 120 complaints ! That's one complaint per year, for every 180 dogs
14 major councils last year found dog barking resulted in 2238 complaints, that's about 3 complaints per week per council area.
Perth had the lowest number at only four, for the year.
