The Banana's have SOLD !!!!!
Dam - tried sending the last one and it disappeared into the ether !!
Its official, subject to survey etc we have done it !!
A little less than we wanted but very happy nevertheless.
Couple want to complete in 4 weeks !! No chain and both work for a building society on a relocation so funds aren't a problem.
I AM SO HAPPY I WILL SEE MY GIRLIES BEFORE XMAS I COULD CRY !!
Have't had a drink in two weeks but will get well and truely smashed tonight
Thank you to all you fab posters for all your PM's and cyber vibes. We are on the home straight now and hopefully the last bit will go smoothly.
