The ball is officially rolling...
Our agent has sent my skills assessment to TRA!
It only took us three months to get from deciding to go for it to this point. Getting employment statements from past employers is not the easiest or quickest exercise (but is one of the best ways to experience frustration )!
I have been very lucky with the actual statements themselves and as each of my employers sent me two copies they will act as pretty decent references should we ever get to Aus.
I have paid for priority processing so with a little luck we'll get a positive assessment that will coincide with good news about the SIR visa.
Fingers crossed!
