Question baggage allowances on migration pr visa

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on which airlines offer what in baggage allowances on an unvalidated ens visa there will be 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children neither of which are infants.
Any info greatly appreciated

If you fly with Singapore Air you get double allowance for each person ie 40kg. You do need to get an email confirming this allowance as very often check in won't accept the amount without the confirmation.

If you fly via the US with NZ Air you get something like 32kg each.

It's only 23kg now - they changed their rules - I think it is quite cheap to buy an extra bag though, same on BA & Virgin.
