Baby car seats websites
Hi everyone,
As we are arriving in WA in early August and can't take the car seat for our toddler, we would like to try and be prepared by getting relatives to buy a car seat to be able to pick us up from the airport.
Does anyone know of any decent websites for car seats?
We would like to have a look at a range so that we can advise relatives on which one to buy for our needs.

Same deal here. We`re arriving in June.
We boght one on ebay.com.au that was in Perth, paid via Paypal and got the family to go and pick it up.

It is recommended to get the seats professionally fitted. A local hospital with a maternity ward should do it and may sell the seats as well. The car needs to have anchor points in the boot or on the rear parcel shelf.

Are 2 places that I know of. The seats must meet Australian standards so what you have in mind may not be available.

If you're renting a car from the airport you could order a car-seat from them as part of the hire. (If not then ignore! ;-) ).

We have Safe-n-Sound here in Oz but they might be different models than in the UK. Have a look at their Australian website http://www.britax.com.au.
As far as I'm aware ISO fittings haven't yet been approved for use here, even though most new cars come with them. For reviews of baby seats have a look at www.choice.com.au .
Here in Queensland the RACQ auto club sell and fit baby seats, maybe the WA version also does. We found that Target does 30% off sales every now and then which is when we got ours.
