Aviation fuel rationed at Heathrow
Just heard on the radio that Quantas flights from Heathrow to Australia take off from Heahtrow only to have to land again at Stansted airport to take on more fuel. This is because fuel at Heathrow has been rationed due to a shortage because of the oil fire at the Hemel Hempstead depot.

It probably wont be all flights, fuel is being rationed by company.
Singapore airlines for instance have 3 flights a day from LHR to SIN, and 1 of those are now landing at Frankfurt for refueling. The other 2 flights are still non-stop
