We aremoving on 18th Aug and have pretty much settled on Beaumaris for initial rental, but it is nice to get see some statistics on an area to see if we would fit in.

Anyway, I think that most Bayside suburbs are quite nice, so we can't go completely wrong if we stay around Bayside, I hope.
