Australian Skilled Migration Points???

Australian Skilled Migration Points???
Hello All.
I am a subscriber to a publication that deals with all aspects of life in australia and the immigration process and i find it very helpful as i am kept up to date with any changes.
In the february issue there was an artical on skilled migration and how the intake was going to increase for 2002-2003, in this artical there was a statement made that the pass points for this category were going to increase by 5.
I have visited the government website and can find no information confiming that given in the artical in the paper i subscirbe to.
I this point increase occurs it will put me outside the pass mark and as i turn 30 shortly i need to know if it is true because if so i will need to lodge my application asap so as not to lose 5 point on the age score.
Can anyone provide me with an answer.

Name the journal, the article, and the author!
There are no plans to raise the pass mark that I know of ... but that's not to say someone else might know something ... though personally I very much doubt that we'll see such increase in the pass mark if the Skilled Program totals are to be achieved for Program Year 2002/03 (which I expect to be at a similar level if not higher for 2003/04).

I do hope you are wrong about the point increase as a lot of people will be outside the pass mark also!!
