Australian citizenship!?
Supposing someone gets PR (in July 2009) and starts living in Australia from July 2009. What's the minimum time that would take for the person to be eligible to apply for Australian Citizenship?
It is assumed that the person is from a third world country, was never been to Australia, and cannot claim citizenship by descent.

lol - need to get that changed in canberra now - dont really come on much because my hubby has an account and comes on more
