How are points on UK licences transferred over to aussie ones.

Fantastic news, i am getting done for doing 37 in a 30 zone, been driving for 15 yrs but there's always a first time for anyone eh?

That happened to my hubby. 34 in a 30 zone

It wasn't a speed camera either, it was a cop with a speed gun, and we were just coming out of the 40 zone

If you think it's bad in the UK for speed cameras, Australia is worse - especially Victoria.

I haven't seen a single fixed camera in QLD (though plenty of coppers with hairdriers) but popped over the border into NSW at the weekend and saw several.

Not going to Victoria so it doesn't matter. Plus the hubby is more than not always in the speed limit. This was a one off and he was just slowing down coming into the 30 MPH zone. Another half a second he'd have been doing 30
