when you apply for an ARTC from the UK and ask them to send it to an australian address, can you post date your arrival on the form and will the cert be sent to the australian address before this date or will they wait till after this date before they send it?

When I applied for my ARTC I post dated my arrival and the cert was sent to the aussie address before I went there on a reccie, this was nearly 10 months ago when I applied.
