Hi Pockygoes

What excellent timing! And you don't have to pay the dual agency fees.....! Lets just hope your sale goes smoothly and you'll be there before you know it, with one last Christmas in the UK to enjoy.

Drinks will be in the fridge waiting for you........................ :)

Hi Lindsey

It will be good news if the solicitors ever sort their lives out!! Honestly, people slag off their estate agent but if they had our solicitor, well lets just say there is no contest  . Anyway it'll all get sorted out one way or another (and I blame the husband, I told him not to go with the cheapest...... :D ).

We've had our visa since December. We're on a business visa and they come through quickly (compared to the house sale, it was a piece of cake) but we've still got the hard bit to do when we get there, if we want to stay permanently as it is a temporary visa.

I'm going to look forward to meeting you all there, think I'll need to for my sanity :D . Can we have some girls nights out too...............? ;)

Hi there :)

We're having a meetup in King's Park with lots of expats on the 24th of October! From 11 am onwards at the Western Power Parklands bit (the bit with the lake and cool playground stuff).
Look out for little orange flags, and a little kid wearing a union jack t-shirt :D
