Arrggghhh.....3 days before....
exchange of contracts, the buyer at the bottom of a chain of 3 splits from his missus and pulls the plug.......anyone know any good shooters ??? :curse::curse::curse:

Ah that is a big bummer to say the least!
In light of it are you still heading out to oz sold or unsold?

Argh!!! We are hoping to exchange contracts v.soon and this is a worry for us that someone could still pull out :curse:
UK house buying/selling process is so outdated and HIPS will probably make it worse.
