Fremantle is very desirable so tends to be expensive. There are big developments just south of Fremantle at the minute where you can buy off the plan. There is also good transport into Perth.

but some of the block

sizes are really small though some are only 350

thats at coogee marina

Yup - very pricey too!

I had to laugh at someone who was gushing to me about the development and said, "It's going to be like Venice"...

will be nice but i want a yrd for the kids not a court yrd that wont even fit my outdoor setting in
