Thought my fellow arachnopobics in the uk might like to know about this course run by london zoo, bristol zoo also do a simular one. I'm trying to get on one as we speak. Have a friend who done the one at Bristol zoo and the results were amazing!

When we were in Perth travelling about in our camper van my husband needed to have a wee. He didn't just do it at the road side instead he wandered into the bush a bit. All went well until he turned around to come out & noticed what looked like a great big ball of web about the size of a small rugby ball. :scared: It looked as though it had something in it (maybe a little brown bird) & lots of web coming off it in different directions to suspend it in the bushes. Don't know how he avoided it going in.

Got a pic of it & it looks scary but would need to scan it before putting on the computer. I showed it to a couple of Australian guys at work but they didn't have a clue what it was.

Anyone got any ideas?
