Apartment rentals - lease contracts
Hi,
I'm moving to Sydney in 6 weeks time, looking to get a short-term apartment in Sydney CBD initially (3 months).
I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea whether or not it is realistic to get a 3 month lease for Sydney CBD apartments? By looking at realestate.com.au and domain.com.au it seems that the minimum lease period i 6 or 12 months. Are shorter lease periods available?
