AOS Bond Question
We are currently on a skilled sponsored permanent visa and have now been in Australia for 2 years...
Can anyone tell what the process is for claiming my $5000 bond back?
My cousin lodged the bond for me and on her paperwork it said it's due back in August 07, when she phoned Centrelink they said 30 months and I always thought it was 2 years after arrival which would be June.
Also, will they just send the cheque back to her, or does she have to do something to get it back?
Any answers would be gratefully received.
