anyonwe out there know anything about warwick shs area???

Were looking to be in perth september 2008 and have been looking at area around warwick shs. Can anyone give any info on the area?? whats the school like? web site is down and has been for a while (although i could be doing something wrong!!) what are the house prices like here?? we will only be renting for a while but want to get youngest into this school as she is a netball nut and i think they are a specialist school.....
