anyone up for a sheffield meet?
hello folks,
well, as there seems to be quite a few of us prospective migrants from sheffield, rotherham and doncaster, sue (aka tiredwithtwins) and i thought a meet would be a good idea.
we know that there is one going on in leeds but if anyone is interested, we'd like to organise one at brewsters, near the arena on sunday 11th september at 2pm so for those of you with little ones, this should be a good venue. also hear th
is good too! 
heres hoping we get a good response,

blimey.....can i get a job there??
i handed my notice in on the friday before we went to mablethorpe......so im back at work as soon as nhs profs will let me start!!!!!
looks like its just you and me for the sheffield meet.
...either that or we are the only 2 women in south yorkshire who arent out getting
take care debs.....catch up with you soon!

If you are in Sheffield, say hello to me Mum and Dad. They live in Loxley.
Incidentally, they repeated the Parkinson with Michael Palin and Julie Andrews in Oz last night and there was an interesting bit at the end about the difference between the Sheffield and Barnsley accents when the two places are only five miles apart. I noticed the Donny accent is different as well, when I lived there for 9 years.
Have a good meeting. Reckon Clifton Park is a good place, especially if there are kids going. Sorry for interfering.

will definately say hello to mum and dad....this feels a bit spooky because i might know them!!
i lived in loxley for 12 years!! stannington now. my hubbys boss has a daughter who lives in oz and rents her house out at loxley!!! it couldn't be could it!?
