I have been. We had the house valued yesterday and would realy like to get it on the market but the outsides a bit tatty and it's to bloody cold to do anything.
The estate agent reckons it's OK

ours needs some TLC also but our nextdoor neighbour is also up for sale and he's had nothing which is slightly worrying to say the least. we hope things will pick up after Easter *hopes*

Why not reach for the sky you only live once.Just seen one on there with a pool and tennis ct. Also a 5 bedroom house for 350000 dollars
