Moving there in December/ January. how have you found it to rent a house, was it easy. we was out there 15 months ago and it was very hard to get a rental.
My brother inlaw lives there its nice. Its changed a lot in 7 years though.

Hi we just bought a house in Springfield but friends rent $290.00 a week 4 bed 2 bath no garden. (less upkeep)

Whoops, we were there in April and loved it to. Looked at the rental situation and there seemed to be plenty on offer down at the "Sales Office".
Would like to keep in touch with any Expats as we should be out for Jan08 (if house go's through.

Another "Gods Own Countryman. " Bang on. We've been in Springfield Lakes for 11 months now and even all the rain we've been having hasn't taken the shine off the place. There's always a fair few rentals going, and they let us snare one whilst we were back in England.

i i am a student midwife who will qualify in 2009. we are also looking at the springfield area. we will apply on OH job for visa as he is a joiner and this can go through while im still at uni. if you have any infomation on applying for a job as a midwife ie. when to do it, how and how much experience is needed or what the salary would be it would be very much appreciated. we are going out for a hol in aug of next year to look round we may run in to you then
