k I did 9 years ago (when there was a property slump as well) - via the Freeads newspaper (website is adtrader.co.uk). Didn't know the buyers but whole thing went very smoothly. When we get our visa, I will definitely be doing it again - will even try putting up our own For Sale board, which seems to have worked for other people in this area. |
