Hi
Looking to go to Queensland, working in IT/SAP. Does anyone know what the job prospecs are in this area and rough wages?
Have you completed the ACS assessment as we could do with some advice.
Many thanks

All figures do not include super. ie. 9% super will be added on top of those figures - paid by the employer into a pension fund of your choice.

I also work in SAP and the job prospects at the moment in general are good. Things were pretty quiet last year but we seem to have turned the corner now. Starting to see job adverts where the client is willing to sponsor visas again which is a good sign. I'm Sydney based but have recently completed a contract for a Government department in Brisbane. There aren't that many SAP houses based out of Brisbane outside of the public sector (other than Rio Tinto). The public sector however is heavily into SAP. SAP salaries tend to be quite low in the public sector but the contract rates are comparable to the private sector. Obviously varying dependent on what area of SAP you are in.
Haven't done the ACS so can't really help with that.
Good luck with it!
