We took the same gamble a little back, and gave the agents plenty of notice but nobody looked round for 4 weeks, on the day we were moving out somebody looked round and took the rental on. (Thank God). I think the thing with rentals is people want to be in straight away.

We had to pay for advertising and then one weeks rent for a new contract to be written up.

I'm nosey, where are you looking at moving to?
