Out of our range. Very nice though. It looks quite similar to ours sizewise but the Ocean Reef location adds nearly $200K. Staggering distance from sea sports club would be nice:beer:

thanks nicky... fingers crossed only had two home opens so we'll wait and see. i think its a good investment if they change the boat harbour into a type of hillarys the properties will go up, the property is in walking distance. The guy next door has gone double storey and he has a lovely ocean view... fingers crossed:thumbsup:

hubby just spoken to real estate need to sell so going for price between $625-665,000 hopefully with attract a buyer this weekend home open between 3-4pm on saturday wish me luck.... calling all buyers !!!!
