anyone looking to live in ocean reef
 

hi there, we been in ocean reef for 18mths we've found the high schools and primarys excellent. We are relocationing east and have a nice 4 x 2 for sale in a good cul-de-sac position with a pool. We've been happy as a family living here. want anymore info on the house or area, just ask....cheers:thumbsup:

About 20-25km north of the city on the coast. We launch our boat there (did I mention we have a boat now:p :rofl: )

Its NOR, Very nice place. my MIL lives there & if we had the money thats where we would of liked to have settled !

Hi worsel,

We are in walking distance of the ocean reef boat harbour, they are looking at developing it into a type of hillarys.... if thats the case our property will go up such alot just look at the properties round hillarys but we havent got time to wait we have to relocate with hubbys work in 3/4 months time. its on with harber real estate 5 empress court. Check out the virtual tour.... p.s. can you afford it now you have a boat...ha ha :thumbsup:

Thats a lovely house, dont think you will have to much of a problem selling it ! wish we could afford it !! Dont suppose you would consider dropping the price by a few hundred grand would you ???? :thumbsup:
