Default Anyone live in Regents Park QLD

Hi!

Just searching areas and wondered if anyone lives in Regents Park - southside of Brisbane.

Any information - good or bad - greatly appreciated.

Cheers, L-j

On the Arkon scale: probably one and a bit. Used to be first home owner's suburb when first established and probably still is.

Good regional shopping centre.

hi, we live nr calamvale which is slightly further north ( i think) from regents park, we had a look around regents park for rentals, its not a bad suburb, its reasonably priced for starters and close to browns plains which has a great shopping centre!!! although some of the neighbouring suburbs and not that favourable - so we heard anyway so it kinda put us off in the end, but check it out you may feel differently, you wont know unless you try!!

Not after the northern beaches.

The question of where to buy or not to buy in Brisbane has been asked and answered in this forum many times before.

The bench mark is to use where others are living ie Forest Lake or North Lakes to give you a cost comparison.

It will give some idea as to where your house buying budget stands. Also use the sizes of the trees in the house photos to give some idea of house age (or suburb age). This will factor into your reno costs.
