Anyone know what Lismore NSW area is like??
Hi There,
I have a telephone interview with a company in lismore NSW tomorrow and was wondering if anyone knew what the area was like? Ideally we would like to be near the coast, but wondered if there were any expats out there who could tell me the truth about the place!!

Just seen your thread RE: Lismore. Did you get the Job? I have had an interview for a Nursing post in Lismore and am contenplating going out. If you have been or have any inf0 please let me know.

Please DONT live in Lismore - its so so so hot in summer, being inland, like a pit of heat for one thing. Lotsa other reasons to not live there to.
If you did move that way, try Bangalow, Byron, Suffolk Pk etc - about 40 mins drive but at least its modern and not a hicksville kinda place. Its on the redneck belt Lismore, honestly.
Negative I know but lived near there for few years
