Anyone know what happens if you change flights to cheaper fare with Emirates?
Hi ya,
As it says. We've got tickets booked in June but thinking it might be better to change them to later in the year. Cost is $75 per ticket but what happens if the flights you move to are cheaper?
Anyone done this before?

Depends what the small print says on the original ticket - does it mention refunds at all?

Economy fares are divided into many different classes, each with different conditions - you will only be able to change for free if seats are available in the same class. If the fare for that class has changed, you won't pay for any difference, or be entitled to a refund.
If the flights you want to change to are much cheaper then it may make sense to cancel the original booking, cop the fee and re-book.
