Anyone know of any short term accomodation in Brisbane?
Have spent ages looking and not getting too far. Need it for July 20th for 14 nights. A really nice place I found www.brisbaneholiday.com.au is fully booked. I know we have left it very late but anyone got any recommendations please?
Someone on here recommended a place called koala something (can't remember exact name), anyway the website doesn't seem to exist any more.
I would really appreciate help on this if anyone has any ideas.
Is it worth looking on outskirts and hiring a car for that two weeks. The plan is to find permanent accomodation in that fortnight to rent in or around Auchenflower.

2 weeks is a bit optimistic unless you've already made enquiries for stuff thats available from UK.

Seems to have gone awol . Don't know, but I'd recommend
www.seqrents.com.au
Lots have tried 'The Manhattan', its been fine for them (including us), and the manager is very accommodating (excuse the pun), if he can find an apartment for you he will,

We stayed at Leichardt Villas in Spring Hill in the city and would certainly recommend them. We found them on the seqrents site. I think we paid $600 per week for fully furnished.
