Anyone have any good adive for the RPL?

Can anyone offer me some good advice for the Recognition of Prior Learning assessment for the ACS?
I have a science degree and lots of years IT experience, IT Manaager, Network supervisor, Database administrator and Computer programmer. I can prove all of this with good references. So should be okay.
All the help I can get is appreciated
