Anyone got HEALTH INSURANCE cover
We organised our health insurance through HICA the policy appears to be with Australian Unity. To date we have not received any paperwork that explains the procedure for using the cover or how to claim (not that we need to at the moment).
Has anyone taken out health cover, if so did you receive a pack, we were expecting a pack similar to when you take out car insurance.

Been with HBF 10+ yrs, def got a Welcome Pack back then as well, in fact we get updated newsletters etc every few months. Never had a prob with them either, very good
