There have not been many reports of people being formally denied passports for this reason.

Yeah was going to do this last September for my trip to IBC in Amsterdam but cancelled it because of by busted ribs from the Footy match.
NAB looms large on the horizon so I need to sort it out in the next couple of months. No pressure, got plenty of time. I just want to get my ducks in a mental row and define a course of action before I proceed. Typical Aspergers approach.
