Anyone with experience of building an extension
Hi there,
we have decided our house just isn't quite big enough and rather than sell and move on we would like to add an extension of a bedroom with robe and en suite. Our house is well designed and it'd fit well on the land still leaving us with a fairly large garden.
Just wondering if anyone has any expereince with this. Are we better to get a company in to do it all for us? can you recommend anyone? Or are we better to try to arrange it ourselves? which I think means we have to go and get an owner builders licence. Really we want it to be right but also need it to be as cheap as possible. Hubby is able to tile and plaster if needs be.
