Hi Stephen,
We are finally flying out on the 18 Jan for Perth. We are going to stopover in Bangkok for a weeks holiday and then onto Perth. Arriving on the 27 Jan. This has been a long time coming. We are all very nervous and excited at the same time. I see that you are a new member, so where do you Hail from.?
If I can help you in any way Pm me and I'll see what I can do. Just remember I'm only going to be on line for a few more days as the packer come in on Friday.

Hi Stephen,
ADL (A Dogs Life) and I moved here from County Down 1 1/2 years ago. We used a removal company called McGimpsey Brothers and would recommend them if you were shipping from NI. We got a quote from John Morgan & Sons as well but it was significantly more higher than McGimpsey's. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to post here or PM us.
All the best,
Mrs JTL

Flew with Singapore Airlines - booked direct. To be honest, rep. in Ireland was unhelpful so we contacted the London office.

Stephen,
We came out to Melbourne late 2003. Flew Singapore Airlines (one way migrants fare that allows twice the luggage )and shipped our stuff from a company in Belfast called All Route shipping (www.all-route.co.uk), we didn't have much stuff and it cost about 500 quid.
We also used an agancy to apply , http://www.overseas-emigration.co.uk
They were very good, charged about 1600 quid, its probably dearer now but they were alot cheaper than 4Corners who we initally signed up with but they were useless getting back to us.
Good Luck
