I've driven past it and it looks quite nice. Where abouts in "Brissy" are you? I guess you must be fairly close to it if you're looking at it for friends to stay there. Maybe you could pop down and have a look at it? I'm sure they wouldn't mind, as you well know, these Aussies are a great friendly bunch!
