any UK vets working in Oz?
Hello all,
My oh and I are hoping to emigrate to the Gold Coast area in the nearish (ha ha) future and were planning on waiting to go on a skilled migrants permanent visa. However, it looks like I might have found a possible sponsor - if we can agree on a contract. I was just wondering if any one out there might know what a reasonable salary for a small animal vet with experience (8yrs) might be? I don't want to get screwed over in the negotiations but don't want to expect the world either. The minimum set rate seemed quite low (around 45 I think). Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
